Bethany Donaldson

Bethany is an attorney with the Law Office of Charlotte Christian and Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bethany practices family law, focusing on divorce, child custody and visitation matters. She started with the firm in January of 2022 and currently works as the manager for the firm’s Las Vegas office.
As the granddaughter of the Honorable Judge Joseph Harlan Burns, Bethany Donaldson keeps alive her family’s tradition of zealous advocacy in the courtroom. Bethany is committed to working hard, serving with integrity, and providing her clients with the legal counsel and representation needed when facing what are often the most challenging time in life.

In 2012 Bethany started practicing law in Utah. During that time Bethany discovered that she is was passionate about family law. Bethany relocated to Nevada and later began to focus her practice solely on family law. Bethany believes that we rise by lifting others and finds great satisfaction in helping clients navigate tough familial matters.
