Charlotte Christian Law is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Atlanta office to join our team. The position’s focus is to confidently present clear information to potential clients and encourage the decision to hire our firm.

This requires strong communication skills via Zoom, phone, text, chat, and e-mail, data entry, and other tasks related to potential case intake. Our Client Advocate Specialists possess qualities that build relationships and are client-focused. They serve our potential clients and answer their inquiries. They are compassionate, understanding, and patient.

We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, focused, and able to manage a high-volume and time-sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.

This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow in an in-office environment in the city.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the Firm and Potential New Clients in an attempt to convert contacts into clients
  • Use a shared calendar to schedule meetings with potential new clients (via phone or in person)
  • Help potential new clients find clarity about their situation and educate them about the options they have with The Law Offices of Charlotte Christian and
  • Associates to achieve their goals
  • Help clients find relief from the situation that brought them to this firm by illustrating the value and benefits of our services
  • Keep detailed notes in a centralized database
  • Facilitate a professional introduction “Hand-Off” to the legal team once an engagement is signed

Requirements

  • Prior experience selling professional or financial services utilizing a consultative selling methodology.
  • Real-life experience to empathize with potential new clients who often come to our firm with challenging and sometimes deeply personal situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Embrace metrics, scorekeeping, transparency, and accountability.
  • Ability to manage own schedule to balance availability for meeting with prospective new clients, following up with potential new clients who said “no,” and with current clients to conduct quality control calls and interviews.
  • Strong interest in consultative solutions selling and a proven track record utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience with telephone sales and demonstrated proven success in lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing customers.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is an asset.
  • Independent, self-starter who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment and has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, with great follow-through and resourcefulness along with attention to detail.
  • Experience requirements: Relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
