Benjamin Hooker

Benjamin Hooker is an Attorney with The Law Offices of Charlotte Christian and Associates in the Huntsville, Alabama office.

Ben’s interest in family law started during law school when he first took a class on the subject. The interest was later cemented at his previous job as a prosecutor where he met/dealt with
victims daily and sought justice for their cases. He hopes to bring this same experience and skills to his clients here at The Law Offices of Charlotte Christian and Associates.

Before joining The Law Offices of Charlotte Christian and Associates, Ben was an Assistant District Attorney in the 19th Circuit of Alabama, serving Autauga, Chilton, and Elmore counties. He graduated from the Cumberland School of Law with his J.D. He grew up in Southwestern Illinois and is happy to call Alabama his home.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals, going to the gym, golfing, and hunting.
